Week of 03/24 - 03/30
Mon - 1 hr upper body trainer am, 10mi run pm
Tues - 30 min trainer am, 4mi run lunch, 3500m swim pm
Weds - 3500m swim am, 30mi bike pm (see below)
Thurs - 2300?m swim am (joined swim class!), 8?mi run pm
Fri - 2500m swim am, 6mi run pm
Sat - 58mi bike to Lockhart (awful awful bonking)
Sun - 4200m swim, 33mi bike/10 min run
IN a rut of some sort... only thing that's been going okay is swimming.
