And I say that in training terms, not regular life terms. (Although it is Singles' Awareness Month in case anyone was wondering.) I am going to try and listen to my body more this year since it is only February. I've got at least 7 months to go and I've already done several 60 mile rides and one 85 mile ride. And run 12 miles super hard a couple times. And I got to 20 hours of weekly training already - that was the last week of January! So, in hopes to not burn out or anything this year, when I have a recovery week, I will enjoy it. And my body agrees since it's been feeling not so well since last Friday. So now I get to rest for a week or so and then get back to it and it'll just help in the long run. And it's still early so if I'm still above race weight that is okay too. I've got 3 months until Wildflower.
Now if only I had a distraction...

Take an art class, write a book, take a cooking class, etc. for distraction.
