Swim - 18:38.8
Bike - 1:22:26.8 (including T1 and T2)
Run - 52:26.0

Not a fantastic race... swim went well, then it all went downhill from there. Roads were crappy and I got frustrated. The run had no mile markers so I had no idea how to pace myself. My friend beat me by 30 seconds overall (he was 37th place) since he had made up so much time on the bike. But I did beat him in the swim and the run. My other friend beat me in all respects, but he's fast anyways.

Already starting to panic about Buffalo Springs. I really don't know if I'll survive. I feel it's overload now, like before when it was just me doing triathlon it was just me I had to worry about. Now since I have friends here that also do it, it's hard to be meditative and calm over it.

That and the company I'm co-oping at is still doing poorly and I'm starting to think my future is very uncertain. No longer am I 90% (or whatever) sure that I'll be in Austin next year. So now... what? Maybe somewhere northern Cali/west coast? I know two of my close friends will be there so maybe that'd be nice. I need to find a way to recharge. As I've mentioned before, I have friends here, but none are single. So that makes it hard to find any of them to do random shit with. I miss summer 2006 in Chambana chilling with a bunch of good friends (and 440).

Not to mention I seem to have lost control of my weight... never stays the same. Always dropping or going up. And it's been dropping a lot and I think that might be part of the reason for my slump. UGH.
