onto my couch. Or chair I suppose is more correct. This is no good. But I guess one week won't kill me... I hope. I haven't swam since Sunday... haven't biked outside since Saturday... tried running Wednesday morning and almost puked. I biked on the trainer this morning. I felt okay when I started but after I was done I was like why am I so tired? This is getting frustrating. I was going to bike outside after work but that made me just feel tired... strangely though, the thought of biking inside on my trainer sounds much better and less tiring. Maybe it's the extra mental energy of biking outside? On the other hand, I finally regained my appetite today with a vengeance and have been hungry all day.
Need to save up my energy for Saturday... going to Santa Rosa and biking with Soda on a group ride!
