Another "character-building" bike ride. Left work and weather.com said SSE wind 16 mph gusting to 22 mph. When I got home after biking it said SSE wind 13 mph gusting 23 mph.

6-7 mile warmup/cooldown

So is 23mph really bad? Can you use conservation of momentum to calculate how fast you were going or something?
